One Person Company
What is an OPC:
As per section 2(62) of Companies Act, 2013 “One person company means a company which has only one person as a member”.
Any individual being a Indian citizen whether a resident in India or not shall be eligible to incorporate a OPC.
Documents required for OPC registration:
- PAN card of owner
- Photograph of owner
- Registered office address
- Rental agreement/NOC for the office premises
- DSC/DIN
Registration process of OPC:
- Application of DSC
- Application of DIN
- Name Approval
- MOA and AOA
- Filing of forms with MCA
Statutory Compliances:
All private limited companies are required to file Income Tax return 6 as per the Income Tax act.
All company shall register for GST if the exemption limit is exceeded or through voluntary registration
Other compliances as prescribed by any other act or law.
